Avecora Cadmium is a system for advertising on social media applications, such as the Facebook Platform for third-party applications. It acts as a central server in which both advertisers and publishers can manage the autonomous ad serving through the Avecora Cadmium system.

Cadmium cares about online privacy, and this privacy policy describes the personal information we collect, why we collect it, and explains how it is used. By using the Cadmium website you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described below as well as the collection of personal information of users making use of your Facebook application or any other social media application.. You also agree to abide by the terms described in the Cadmium Terms of Service Agreement. We hope this agreement will help you make an informed decision about sharing personal information with us.

Cadmium respects the privacy of Facebook Users and other social networks. If you (as a Facebook User or User of another Social Network) do not wish for any of your personal information to be distributed between applications on Cadmium, please send email to privacy@cadmium.avecora.com subject "Profiling Opt-Out" – please include your Facebook User ID Number. You will continue to view Cadmium advertising on participating applications, but they will not take into account, analyze, or store any user information. CADMIUM DOES NOT STORE ANY USER INFORMATION ASSOCIATED WITH A USER INTO A DATABASE OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF DATA STORAGE MEDIUM TO COMPLY WITH TERMS OF SOCIAL NETWORKS SUCH AS FACEBOOK.

Cadmium collects user submitted information such as name, email and password data to authenticate users, and to send notifications to those users relating to the Cadmium service. This information is not shared to anyone and is used by Cadmium so we can customize your experience and protect the security of your account.

We may also use a user's email address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding the service. You may opt-out of Newsletter emails via your Settings page.

CADMIUM DOES NOT STORE USER INFORMATION FROM USERS THAT VIEW ADVERTISEMENTS THAT ARE NOT ALREADY REGISTERED WITH CADMIUM. FOR MORE INFORMATION, SEE THE ABOVE INFORMATION.

Cadmium also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, referring/exit pages, date/time stamp, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes

The Cadmium code that a user integrates into their Facebook Application makes requests of the Cadmium service and may pass certain personal information such as a Facebook user id, birthday, interests, or gender flag. Cadmium uses this information to provide the most relevant links (either promoting other Applications or third party promotions).

From time to time, Cadmium or a partner/advertiser, may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest through Cadmium. Facebook users may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. Cadmium may transfer personal information to certain ad partners that any Facebook User have explicitly requested to receive information from. It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting the personal information and whose privacy statement will apply.

Advertising partners may deliver advertisements appearing on the Cadmium network. Our arrangements with these advertisers do not require us to share any personally-identifiable information about our users.

Cadmium uses cookies to store users' preferences and to record session information, to ensure that visitors are shown content based on browser type and user profile information. Please note this privacy statement covers the use of cookies by www.Cadmium.com only and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Cadmium surfaces links to other Facebook Applications and may link to other sites via user generated information. Cadmium is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that site. Our privacy policy only governs information collected on Cadmium and any information passed by users of the Cadmium in requesting link exchange or advertising code.

In certain cases ads that appear on the Facebook Application pages that make use of the Cadmium. Our Web advertising partners may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize a computer each time they send an online advertisement. In this way, ad servers may compile information about users, or others who are using a computer, saw their advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy statement covers the use of cookies by Cadmium and does not cover the use of cookies by any third party advertisers who may be promoted through the Cadmium.

Cadmium user accounts are secured by user-created passwords and Cadmium takes certain precautions to insure that user account information is kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect user information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee the absolute security of member account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time. Except as otherwise described in this privacy statement, Cadmium will not disclose personal information to any third party unless we believe that disclosure is necessary: (1) to conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by 30 Boxes, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (2) to enforce the Cadmium Terms of Service Agreement or to protect our rights; or (3) to protect the safety of members of the public and users of the service.

Cadmium (Avecora) reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of Cadmium or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest. From time to time we may make changes to our privacy policy If we make changes, we will post them on our site to make users aware of what the changes are so users will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it. A user is bound by any minor changes to the policy when she or he uses the site after those changes have been posted If, however, we are going to use users' personally identifiable information in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify by posting a notice on our Web site for 30 days.
